System Introduction

The system is a new type of coal mine comprehensive automation monitoring system based on the intelligent mine operating platform, integrating safety monitoring, production control, information management, network application, and is equipped with various subsystems such as nuclear scale measurement, hoist monitoring, water pump room monitoring, fire monitoring, power network monitoring, roof dynamic monitoring, and main ventilation fan monitoring. The system has functions such as analog quantity, switch quantity, cumulative measurement collection, transmission, storage, processing, display, printing, sound and light alarm, control, etc., which is used to monitor methane concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, wind speed, wind pressure, temperature, smoke, power feed status, and damper status, ventilation duct status, the start and stop of the local ventilation fan, the start and stop of the main ventilation fan, and realize the sound and light alarm for methane exceeding limit, power outage, and methane wind power locking control , etc.
   The system has a local power outage function, which can be completed by on-site equipment to provide sound and light alarms for methane concentration exceeding the limit, as well as power outage /restart control function, and methane wind power blocking function.
   The system has a remote power outage function.
 The system has gas outburst alarm and power outage locking functions.
 The system has functions such as graded alarm, logical alarm, and regional power outage.
 The system has functions of manual remote control power outage/restart, as well as operation permission management and operation recording function.
 The system has the function of self-diagnosis, which alarms and records when faults occur in sensors, substations, power supplies, circuit breakers, and other equipment in the system.
 The system has a duplicated hot-redundancy function, and when the working host fails, the backup host automatically switches on.
The system has strong resistance to electromagnetic interference.
The system has the function of encrypting and storing the information of gas exceeding limit, alarms and power outage in key areas.
The system has real-time display and query functions for monitoring data, alarms, power outages, and abnormal power feed.
